D-Merc Services LLC was (“DMERC”) launched in April of 2019.  

The purpose for the launch of the firm was to allow a platform for its representatives in the specific market sector of secondary market for alternative investments.  The broker dealer, utilizing its network of affiliates and historical residency in the market sector, is able to bring its historical operations and knowledge base for the market sector.  

Alternative securities, in the simplest terms, are securities which do not trade on any recognized exchange are not typically able to access electronic clearing and information functions.  The staff and affiliates of DMERC have operated within the alternative securities space for over 25 years and collectively have hundreds of years experience.  That longevity, and the exposure to many facets of the space representing many of the country’s largest financial industry entities, allows us the expertise not found with any competitors.  Our proprietary databases contain a wealth of information that most firms would not have the exposure to collect.

DMERC allows its representatives to operate only within this market sector.  We do not conduct any other type of business and therefore, we are focused solely on providing our customer base the best possible experience in this very manual and unorganized space.
